Understanding Your Rights

All participants have Rights, that will be upheld by LEAD Consulting while providing services. These rights include, but are not limited to, the right to:

  • Access an advocate
  • Provide feedback
  • Make a complaint
  • Consent to having your information collected
  • Have your personal information held confidentially

When you become a client of our service, you can expect:

  • To be treated with dignity and respect
  • To receive services in a welcoming and inclusive environment that is tolerant of any diversity
  • To experience a professional and inclusive team approach and working environment
  • To feel that you belong and are a valued individual who can reach your full potential
  • To be communicated with regularly
  • To be linked to the services that we are unable to provide ourselves


Choice and Control

All participants have the right to make decisions about:

  • The services they receive
  • How and when their services are delivered
  • Who provides their services
  • What risks they are willing to take

When you become a participant of our service, you can expect to be supported to make these decisions for yourself.
